Birria is hot- as in trending. This is the place to have good quality birria in a nice environment. Nice enclosed rear patio, some outdoor tables, colorful dining room and a small bar area. Limited menu.

We made the trip here recently being on that side of town . I really enjoyed my visit ,however it was a nice day to eat outside on the back patio. The food was yummy, the service was above average . They had Nice supply of sauces at the table as well as Spices at the table like Mexican oregano, and crushed red pepper . I was sad to see no chips and salsa . We sat outside where the sun hit us but the day was perfect for it. The cool part was that the waiter Asked if I wanted to sit at another table so the sun doesn't cook us. I thought this was Thoughtful and kind, but refused due to the temps outside. Upon leaving we walked back through the inside noticing it was loud and voice-stress. Glad we sat outside . Later we found out that they were Recently made honorable mention for Michelin star. How cool is that .
Extremely hyped... but rightly so. We've been coming here for the past 2 almost 3 years and my husband loves the birria pizza, which is like if a quesadilla and birria taco had a love child. It's also massive and can feed a family or... 3 really hungry guys. I enjoy the torta but I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Due to social media it gets busier and busier so if you aren't planning on dining in (which i recommend bc the drinks look really good) definitely see if you can order/call ahead of time.
A great little place to stop for a bite. We went for lunch and even though they were busy, our wait was less than 10 min. The restaurant was clean and seemed to be well staffed. The food was delicious. Came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Absolutely no complaints!
